Official Rules
These Official Rules apply to the LAY’S® AND QUAKER® FIFA TICKET DRAW Employee Contest sponsored by PepsiCo Canada ULC (the “Sponsor”). By entering, you are deemed to have read, accepted and agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
PLEASE NOTE: Tickets are for games in Toronto and Vancouver only. No travel or accommodation is included; and all expenses are the sole responsibility of employee and their guest. Tickets are for personal use by the employee and their guest only and may not be sold, resold, transferred, or used for promotional or business purposes. Employees selected as Ticket Prize Pack winners must attend the match. The employee is responsible for any applicable income tax arising from the taxable benefit
1. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to active PepsiCo Canada employees, excluding contractors, who are residents of Canada and have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence.
2. CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest will start at 12:00 pm (noon) ET on April 30, 2026 and will end at 5:00 pm ET on May 19, 2026 (the “Contest Period”).
3. HOW TO ENTER: To participate in the Contest, follow the steps below:
(i) Visit the Viva PepsiCo Canada page (https://pepsico.service-now.com/mypepsico?id=mypepsico_news_article&article_id=c8544434-040d-41df-8fe5-cedf1ff3a48a), click on the link within the page and open the link to the entry form.
(ii) Complete the entry form by providing your GPID, first name, last name, email address, telephone number, share a favourite soccer moment or story, and select the Ticket Prize Pack Draw (as defined below) you would like to enter.
(iii) Once you complete the entry form, confirm you are eligible and agree to participate in the Contest according to these Official Rules, and then click “submit”. You will receive one (1) entry into the Ticket Prize Pack Draws you selected and one (1) entry into the Swag Prize Draws (as defined below). Limit one (1) per person for the duration of the Contest Period.
4. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Although online access and an email account are required in order to participate in the Contest, no purchase is required to participate.
5. PRIZES: The following prizes are available to be won in the Contest:
(i) FIFA World Cup 2026™ Tickets: There are a total of fourteen (14) ticket prize packs, each consisting of two (2) tickets to a FIFA World Cup 26™ match (each, a “Match”) in either Toronto, ON, or Vancouver, BC (each, a “Ticket Prize Pack”). The approximate retail value of each Ticket Prize Pack is as provided in the table below. The odds of winning a Ticket Prize Pack depend on the number of eligible entries received. Limit of one (1) Ticket Prize Pack per employee.
THE EMPLOYEE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY APPLICABLE INCOME TAX ARISING FROM THE TAXABLE BENEFIT.

Additional Prize Conditions: Transportation, accommodations, parking, meals, gratuities, souvenirs, and all other expenses not specified herein are solely each winner’s responsibility. If a winner’s guest is a minor in their province or territory of residence, then the winner must be the guest’s parent or legal guardian and such minor guest must be accompanied by the winner at all times during the Match. Match is subject to change. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor if the Match is canceled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled. Winner will not receive compensation from Sponsor in the event of a Match delay, postponement, or cancellation. Prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions, including but not limited to terms regarding Match rescheduling or cancellation. Tickets awarded as prizes may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, given away, donated or otherwise conveyed, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification or prize forfeiture. Winner and their guest may be required to produce government-issued identification prior to entering the Match. Each winner and guest agree to comply with all relevant ticketing terms and conditions of use and regulations issued by FIFA and venue and even regulations in connection with the prize. The Sponsor, the Contest Group (defined below), and/or the venue operators reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to a winner and/or guest who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the Match. The Contest Group will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, provincial, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their reasonable control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of, or the restriction on fans attending, the Match. Tickets will be provided to each winner via a mobile ticketing application and are subject to terms and conditions as stated thereon and provided via such mobile ticketing platform. Each winner will be required to provide a valid email address, download a mobile ticketing app to their mobile device, and present tickets at the stadium via mobile device. Data rates may apply. Each winner is solely responsible for any such wireless or data charges associated with such use, including the downloading and use of mobile ticketing app. Seating assignments at the Match are in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Each winner agrees that acceptance of the prize is done so entirely upon their own initiative, risk and responsibility.
(ii) Secondary Prizes: There are fifty (50) $100 FIFA e-gift cards available to be won (“Secondary Prize”). The odds of winning a Secondary Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Each Secondary Prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be substituted, transferred, exchanged or surrendered for cash, except at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, which may award or substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Limit of one (1) Secondary Prize per employee. Ticket Prize Pack winners are not eligible to win a Secondary Prize.
6. PRIZE DRAWS:
(i) Ticket Prize Packs: On May 20, 2026 at 12:00 noon ET, a random draw will be for conducted to select entries as provided in the table below as eligible to win the corresponding Ticket Prize Pack as described above (each, a “Ticket Prize Pack Draw”). The order of the draws and the number of Ticket Prize Packs available for each draw is as provided in the table below.

(ii) Secondary Prizes: Following the Ticket Prize Pack draws, a random draw for the Secondary Prizes will be conducted to select fifty (50) entries as eligible to win a Secondary Prize. Limit one (1) Secondary Prize per person/household. Ticket Prize Pack winners are not eligible to win a Secondary Prize.
No responsibility is assumed by the Sponsor for any inability of a potential participant to successfully enter any draw for any reason or for prizes that remain unclaimed or unawarded. The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, mutilated, garbled, illegible or incomplete No Purchase Entries. Proof of transmission (e.g., screenshots) does not constitute proof of receipt.
7. HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE. The selected entrants will be notified by email or by telephone number provided in their entry form and instructed how to claim the prize. To be declared a winner, a selected entrant must currently be employed by PepsiCo Canada, correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, complete and return a Prize Claim form, and otherwise comply with these Official Rules. If a selected entrant cannot be located, or for Ticket Prize Packs, does not claim their Ticket Prize Pack by May 29, 2026, or cannot accept any prize, the entrant will be disqualified and will forfeit the prize. and the Sponsor may, at its sole and absolute discretion, select by random draw another eligible entrant whom the Sponsor will attempt to contact, and who will be subject to disqualification, in the same manner. Secondary Prizes will be mailed following winner verification. For Ticket Prize Pack winners, instructions will be shared as to access to the Match tickets. The Sponsor will not be responsible for failed attempts to notify a selected entrant. Any unclaimed Tickets Prize Packs or Secondary Prizes will not be awarded.
8. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION. By participating in this Contest, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and all decisions of the contest judges (who may be employees, agents or independent contractors of the Sponsor), which shall be final and legally binding on entrant in all matters relating to this Contest. Each winner agrees to the use of their name, city/province of residence, comments, photograph, voice and other likeness for publicity purposes, and grants to the Sponsor any and all rights to said use without further notice or compensation.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. By entering this Contest, winner acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor, its respective affiliates, agencies, prize suppliers, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Contest Group”): (i) shall have no liability of any kind whatsoever with respect to this Contest and/or the awarding, use or misuse of any of the prizes, (ii) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any prize, (iii) disclaim any implied warranty, and (iv) are not liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from the entrant’s acceptance, use or misuse of any prize or otherwise from such entrant’s participation in this Contest. The Contest Group is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Contest, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the official rules, the selection and announcement of winners, or the distribution of the prizes.
10. INDEMNIFICATION. By submitting an entry, entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, its respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, licensees, and assigns, and each of their directors, officers, agents, equity holders and employees, from and against any and all claims, losses, costs, damages, liabilities and costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) which may arise out of any breach of any of covenants, agreements, terms, obligations, representations or warranties set forth herein.
11. RIGHT TO TERMINATE, MODIFY OR SUSPEND. The Sponsor may at any time, at its sole discretion and without liability, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest in whole or in part, subject only to approvals required by law, if fraud, technical failures or communications or any other errors or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt the administration, integrity or security of the Contest or if any other factor interferes with the conduct of this Contest as contemplated by these Official Rules. Without restricting the generality of the foregoing, in the event of early termination of the Contest, a notice will be posted at participating locations to that effect. In addition, for the purposes of determining eligibility to win a prize in the event of early termination of the Contest, all eligible entries received prior to the time of early termination will be considered as valid and for the purposes of these Official Rules, the Contest Period will be deemed to have ended at the moment of early termination. The Sponsor reserves the right, at any time, in its sole discretion, to correct any errors, including without limitation, any typographical, printing, computer programming or operator errors. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, then it shall be, to the extent invalid or unenforceable, deemed omitted and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. No waiver on the part of the Sponsor to enforce of any term herein shall be deemed a continuing waiver or a waiver of any other term.
12. FWC26 TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Winners and their guest (“Attendees”) agree to comply with the FIFA Ticket Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) applicable to their Prize ticket(s) for the FIFA World Cup 26™. The Terms of Use, along with any other ticket terms and conditions, are available (or will be made available) on FIFA.com/tickets. Tickets are intended solely for use by the attendees and may not be provided to any other person, including through resale, exchange, or barter. Any such resale, exchange, barter, or other commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification, prize forfeiture, and invalidation of the license granted for the tickets.
All FIFA World Cup 26™ venue restrictions and rules governing stadium safety, security and conduct also apply, including those set out in the FIFA World Cup 26™ Stadium Code of Conduct (“Stadium Code of Conduct”), available on FIFA.com/tickets. Attendees are expected to respect other guests and event staff and must refrain from using foul or offensive language, obscene gestures, or engaging in unruly, disruptive, threatening or violent behavior.
The Stadium Code of Conduct, the Terms of Use and all other applicable terms and conditions available on FIFA.com/tickets are deemed to be incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. FIFA and/or its affiliates reserve the right to cancel any ticket(s) if FIFA determines an Attendee has failed to comply with the Terms of Use, the Stadium Code of Conduct, or any other applicable terms and conditions.
13. FIFA: The FIFA World Cup 26™ logo is a trademark owned by the Fédération Internationale de Football Association and used under license. FIFA is not a sponsor or administrator of this promotion in any way. FIFA shall have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this promotion or any prize awarded.
14. PERSONAL INFORMATION. The personal information gathered about entrants in the course of this Contest will be used solely by the Sponsor for the administration of the Contest and in connection with any publicity relating to the Contest. By entering the Contest, you consent to such collection and use.
